I have written two books, hosted live television, spoke on numerous radio interviews, filmed a movie, directed two documentaries and was named Massachusetts Scholar Athlete of the year for 2002...nothing compares to 1. Having my son this past January and 2. July 19th when I am blessed to become the husband to Denetra Inelle Thomas......we damn near kill each other, fight for what we believe in and at times bump heads with our similar yet different personalities but I am in deep unconditional, head over heels while I slap someones mother love with her. 

Not because she is the mother to my 2 beautiful children but because of her soul, her devotion and her passion to making me better, believing in me and just being in love with the person that I am. I give her a hard time to keep her on her toes but overall I also believe in her. We are different but the same which often conflicts us BUT nothing so deep that I would walk away. 

The time we have been together has not been all rays of sunshine or even picture perfect but how can you grow as a couple if this were the case? You need the struggle, you need to know what you are willing to accept from each other and you also need to know your limits of yourself. 



July 19th 2014 will trump over every accomplishment I have made in the 30 years (May 16th, 2014) of living. I have been through so much bullshit with women and even put some through mines as well; I am not afraid of the truth about myself or my past. I have been engaged before and have no regrets just blessed to get over those storms to enjoy this paradise. Apart of me is stressed about planning a wedding and other things and majority of my spirit is jumping for joy. 2 months from now I will present this woman to god and make our union solid via holy matrimony and I am very excited!

I can write a bunch of cliches and other things but I LOVE HER! I will do any and everything to stay married.......she is my life and soon to be my wife. This post is for the love of you!

First Date Sex Good or Bad? 11-26-12

Last week we discussed can a healthy relationship last without sex.....according to the readers, listeners, followers etc this is an extreme lie! It cant be done....I agree....I stated in my last blog post "These Are The Times": " while sex is an important part of a relationship, in the end it's how you navigate the bad times that really define how strong your relationship is.
