Summertime.....What's Your Favorite Childhood Summer Memory?

School is out and it's a sort of a buzz 
a back then I didn't really know what it was 
but now I see what have of this 
the way that people respond to summer madness 
the weather is hot and girls are dressing less 
and checking out the fellas to tell 'em who's best 
riding around in your jeep or your benzos 
or in your Nissan sitting on lorenzos 
back in Philly we be out in the park 
a place called the plateau is where everybody goes 
guys out hunting and girls doing likewise 
honking at the honey in front of you with the light eyes 
she turn around to see what you beeping at 
it's like the summers a natural afrodesiac 
and with a pen and pad I compose this rhyme 
to hit you and get you equipped for the summer time

Its that time of the year again!!!!!!!!! Summertime baby its getting hotter, schools almost out & cookouts galore....Summertime does bring out the stupidity out but this is a positive blog today.... 

Do you remember taking the wrench and popping open the fire hydrant? or chasing down the Ice Cream truck? Remember being a child and just having fun....skipping the schools reading assignments lol going to camp.....JUST HAVING FUN! not worrying about a damn thing....racing, playing hide & seek, red light green light! No bills, no rent, no PROBLEMS! (adult problems) wait for it wait for it wait for it booooooooooooooom I CAN NEVER FORGET THE SUMMER OF 93'! childhood crush, meeting my cousins, & blasting "WARM EM UP KRIS! IM ABOUT TO! WARM EM UP KRIS, THATS WHAT I WAS BORN TO DO!" 

Mad that you had to wait 2 1/2 months for new episodes of Martin, Fresh Prince, Living Single, New York Undercover, Power Rangers & wondering which Disney movie was coming out!....arguments on whats better Sega or SNES, Mario or Sonic....Double Dragon or Streets of Rage 2.....Mortal Kombat or Super Street Fighter!.....wait for it wait for it wait for it booooooooooooooom I CAN NEVER FORGET THE SUMMER OF 98' Jordans 1st "last game", my 1st real kiss, Zo's Summer Groove, Summer blockbusters, waiting for Freshmen year!, and blasting "Raise the Roof" Uncle Luke in Miami!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I remember man! I love growing up...I tell kids now that they should cherish these moments! they wont come back! WHATS YOUR FAVORITE SUMMER MEMORIES? What are your favorite childhood memories??? New video tonight on YouTube

First Date Sex Good or Bad? 11-26-12

Last week we discussed can a healthy relationship last without sex.....according to the readers, listeners, followers etc this is an extreme lie! It cant be done....I agree....I stated in my last blog post "These Are The Times": " while sex is an important part of a relationship, in the end it's how you navigate the bad times that really define how strong your relationship is. Too many people are willing to bail when bad times happen because it's easy to fix with a legal procedure and piece of paper, and sex is readily available elsewhere."
